Baby Yoga
I am a qualified Birthlight Baby Yoga Instructor and I’m really excited to share this beautiful practice with you. Over our 6 week block of classes, we’ll explore how baby yoga can help deepen your bond with your baby while supporting their physical and emotional development
Each week, we’ll enjoy a gentle and playful yoga session that includes parent-supported movements for your baby, along with calming, stretching and strengthening poses for you. It’s a lovely way to move together, relax and connect.
Classes run for around 60 minutes, including time for focused relaxation and friendly group discussion. We’ll also explore how yoga can nurture your baby’s development, both physically and cognitively, through age-appropriate movement and touch, while also giving your body the chance to stretch, unwind, and recharge.
These sessions are all about connection, confidence, and calm for both you and your baby and I can’t wait to welcome you
