Hi, I’m Carol-Anne and I’m so glad you’re here.
I support parents and babies through baby massage, baby yoga and developmental play; creating calm, welcoming spaces where you and your baby are free to simply be yourselves. My classes are gentle, baby-led and deeply nurturing; not just for babies, but for parents too. This is a space where nothing needs to be perfect, where every baby is welcome to cry, feed, sleep or wriggle, and where every parent’s voice matters...
